Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update (Rev 3/30/2020)

At Old Hickory Credit Union, our top priority is to keep our members and employees healthy and safe while offering the financial services you need and depend on.  We want to make you aware of the following changes to our operations:

All branches of Old Hickory Credit Union are operating as Drive-Thru only until further notice. As of Monday, March 30th, OHCU will schedule lobby appointments for current credit union members who need to conduct essential business only, such as access to your safe deposit box. Members, please call us at (615) 847-4043 and ask to speak to your local branch representative to discuss making an appointment. These changes have been put into place to minimize personal contact and limit the number of people inside a branch at a single time, as recommended by the CDC.

We encourage members to use the mobile app or our online banking options during this time.  You can update your personal information, access your accounts, deposit checks, make payments, and transfer funds.

As always, you can obtain cash at any time by visiting an OHCU ATM or taking advantage of the MoneyTower Network (with over 300 ATM’s in Tennessee) and the CO-OP Network (with nearly 30,000 ATM’s nationwide).
