How to activate my new OHCU ATM/Debit card
To activate any new OHCU ATM/Debit card you can either:
• Make a balance inquiry at any OHCU ATM machine
• Log into your online banking account, select “Settings” then select “ATM/Debit card
• Contact our Service Center during normal business hours at 615-847-4043
How to change the PIN on my OHCU ATM/Debit card
Members can now change their PIN number on their OHCU ATM card or Debit Mastercard by either:
• Calling 1-888-891-2435
• Visiting an OHCU ATM machine
• Visiting any OHCU branch location
