How to activate my new OHCU ATM/Debit card
To activate any new OHCU ATM/Debit card you can either:
- Make a balance inquiry at any OHCU ATM machine.
- Log into your App/Online Banking, scroll down to Card Management, select the new card, then select Activate New Card.
- Contact our Service Center during normal business hours at 615-847-4043.
How to change the PIN on my OHCU ATM/Debit card
Members can now change their PIN number on their OHCU ATM card or Debit Mastercard by either:
- Calling 1-888-891-2435.
- Visiting an OHCU ATM machine.
- Visiting any OHCU branch location.
