Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Variable Rate (Open End) Loan
- 10 year draw period with a 10 year repayment period
- Payment = 1% of outstanding loan balance at the end of each month

- 30 days most recent paystubs
- 2 years Federal Tax Returns, W-2’s, and supporting Tax documents
- 2 months Bank Statements and Retirement Statements
- Declarations page for Homeowners Insurance
- Most recent Mortgage Statement
