OHCU ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

The 2024 election of members of the OHCU Board of Directors will take place on Friday, March 08, 2024.  In this year’s election, there are two (2) seats on the board to be filled for a full term (ending in 2027) and one (1) seat on the board to fill an unexpired term (ending in 2026).

If you are interested in applying to serve on the Board of Directors, you must:

• Be a member of the credit union in good standing,
• Complete a Confidential Personal Profile,
• Satisfy the Responsibility and Experience Expectations as outlined in the credit union volunteer “Six Critical Traits” addendum, and
• Meet with the Nominating Committee

Each person submitting a confidential personal profile for consideration by the deadline printed below will be contacted by OHCU staff to schedule a time for the meeting with the Nominating Committee.

Completed forms must be returned to Joe Donald King by 4:00 pm on Friday, January 05, 2024 in order for your application to be considered by the Nominating Committee.
