OHCU ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

The 2026 election of members of the OHCU Board of Directors will take place on Friday, May 1, 2026.  In this year’s election, there are three (3) seats on the board to be filled for full three-year terms (ending in 2029).

If you are interested in applying to serve on the Board of Directors, you must:

  • Be a member of the credit union in good standing,
  • Complete a Confidential Personal Profile,
  • Satisfy the Responsibility and Experience Expectations as outlined in the credit union volunteer “Six Critical Traits” addendum, and
  • Meet with the Nominating Committee

Each person submitting a confidential personal profile for consideration by the deadline printed below will be contacted by OHCU staff to schedule a time for the meeting with the Nominating Committee.

Completed forms must be returned to Joe Donald King by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, for your application to be considered by the Nominating Committee.
